Do you have the continuous improvement process (CIP) in mind? Timeliness plays an important role in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE: If the key performance indicators show you that planning data can no longer be met in the allotted time period, you can take corrective action in the process accordingly.

PROXIA OEE/KPI.web provides detailed evaluations of all relevant process influencing variables for OEE analysis. This takes automated feedback from the plants and machines (MDE) and manual feedback (BDE) and feeds these into configurable calculation formulas. Links, rule sets or dependencies are freely configurable, as is the layout of the evaluation display of the PROXIA OEE software.

Using drill-down functions, you can also immediately identify where the “problem originator” is to be found in your process or in the company.

Accurate & continuous

Precise knowledge of the availability of machines and effectiveness of production (OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is the basis for a successful (continuous) optimization process. PROXIA KPI.web provides you with your OEE ratio, one of the most meaningful indicators of the performance of a machine, production line or production cluster.

The OEE figure directly shows losses in effectiveness, which allows machines to be compared independently of the product being manufactured. The PROXIA OEE software KPI.web is a production-wide evaluation module that displays the current OEE ratio. All relevant persons and departments are informed up-to-date and can react immediately.

Mobile & flexible

The Microsoft.NET development platform and the Microsoft Silverlight web browser plug-in guarantee high integration capability and a flexible, process-oriented system architecture. The benefits are clearly for the user: short implementation times with fast access to the desired company data from production.
