MES software that inspires: results of the PROXIA customer survey 2024 show impressive satisfaction ratings
PROXIA Software AG has received a strong signal from the market: 97% of customers surveyed are extremely satisfied with PROXIA’s MES solutions, performance and service. This result comes from the latest customer survey from May 2024, in which 160 contact persons from production and manufacturing were surveyed. The high level of participation and the consistently positive feedback underline PROXIA’s claim to offer not only innovative software solutions, but also genuine partnership.
Individual solutions, personal support
What customers particularly appreciate is the combination of technological reliability, modular adaptability and excellent customer service. The PROXIA MES software impresses with its stable performance, simple integration into existing systems and continuous further development. This is complemented by personal support, with fast availability (97% satisfaction), response speed (99%) and hotline quality (98%) achieving top scores. Sales and project management also achieve a satisfaction rating of 100% – a clear sign of the strength of PROXIA’s customer relationships.

The survey also shows the challenges that manufacturing companies are currently facing: Digitalization, machine connectivity, detailed planning, AI and IT security are key topics.
