Focusing on our customers and maintaining a dialog with them helps us to understand their needs. We therefore regularly ask our customers how satisfied they are with our products, services and customer service.

160 contact persons from production and manufacturing were interviewed in the latest survey in May 2024 and answered questions about their satisfaction with PROXIA and our MES software. The feedback speaks for itself.

We work closely with our customers and deal intensively with their current and upcoming issues. At 21%, digitalization / automation is one of the most pressing medium-term (3 years) future topics of the companies in our survey. In terms of MES, the areas of machine connection, detailed planning and PDA are in high demand. The other top topics include: AI, IT security, logistics, ERP conversion, machines & assembly stations and the renewal of machinery.

We want to understand the needs of our customers, provide answers and offer the best way forward for these and other issues in order to master the challenges of the future together. To this end, we are constantly working on improvements and additional features.
