The "Timeline" analysis tool is available both in the online monitor and in the "Monitor.web" web application and can therefore also be used on the move. Depending on the end device, certain time periods can also be visualized with multi-touch support. With the "Timeline" function in the online monitor, the productivity of your machines can thus be displayed graphically in a timeline diagram with pinpoint accuracy. All information about the machines is immediately recognizable. For example, the foreman can see at a glance how productive the last shift was.

 

PROXIA Mobile Monitoring - perfectly informed at any location

Through mobile monitoring, the PROXIA Online Monitor offers the possibility to get information about productivity, malfunctions and job progress even outside the company. Early detection of negative productivity influences prevents costly delays in the production and assembly process. Mobile Monitoring is a web application developed according to the latest standards and works on any smartphone.

Production under control - live and mobile

Expanding information networking paves the way to the smart factory. The Monitor.web software makes it possible to monitor production in real time in the area of analysis and visualization of operating and machine data through the use of innovative web technologies. A major advance here is that this option works completely independently of the terminal device used. So it no longer matters whether the production data is viewed on a notebook, a tablet PC or a smartphone. Web access is all that is needed to open the "window into manufacturing" via the Monitor.web module.

 

Monitor.web - flexible views

With Monitor.web, different views can be set up, optimized for the respective application areas and according to requirements. For large amounts of data, the list or tile view is the ideal setting. When locating machines or equipment with malfunctions, the hall view is suitable. The combination of the different views is also selectable. Additional information can be retrieved from the respective views via a drill-down function. Here, among other things, information is available about the personnel working at the plant or the operations that are currently being processed. All detailed views can be individually adapted to the requirements of the respective user.

Multi-layered functionalities enable mobile analysis

As a mobile analysis tool, a timeline view is integrated in the "Monitor.web" module, which can be used to display past machine states. Depending on the end device, also gesture-controlled, certain time periods can be visualized and thus, for example, a temporal accumulation of faults can be identified. To facilitate mobile analysis it is possible to show additional information on the timeline. Even for an analysis on the part of the production management, the operator can, for example, additionally visualize the shift model of a machine or plant in order to gain a deeper insight into the different shifts. Likewise, a maintenance employee receives additional information from the machine operators as needed.

Monitor.web, equipped with the new revolutionary operating concept Modern XI, provides an intuitive user interface based on the style guide for Modern UI from Microsoft®, which informs about the current situation on the machines at a glance. The "Responsive Design" technology enables the use of a wide variety of end devices, the resolution of which varies greatly in practice. In this way, all common hardware platforms such as notebooks, desktop PCs, tablets, smartphones or TV devices with integrated web browsers are optimally supported and the best possible ease of use is achieved individually for the respective end device.
