MES heartbeat increases efficiency and delivery reliability

The product range of Gust. Alberts GmbH & Co. KG (GAH) includes iron products, fencing, profiles and sheets. In the main, it is a range providing outstanding services for renovation, maintenance, or building jobs around the house and garden. The scalable PROXIA MES solution with machine data and production data acquisition, as well as scheduling system software, allows GAH to deploy more detailed resource planning in its production processes based on valid data from production. PROXIA MDE/BDE as a “data provider” forms the basis for automated bonus calculation, valid key indicators for production planning, and of the continuous improvement process (CIP) at GAH. Measurable success: 5% increase in the efficiency of certain systems, and improvement of 6% in delivery reliability with regard to standard and customer-specific internet transactions.
